Does SocialShield change my listings?

No. You review the guidance and apply changes yourself. Review suggested wording for accuracy, substantiation, and suitability before publishing.

Does “No issue surfaced” mean my listing is approved?

No. It describes the successfully reviewed scope. TikTok controls its own decisions; incomplete or failed reviews do not establish a clear result.

What happens when evidence is incomplete?

Can I connect my TikTok Shop automatically?

Direct TikTok Shop connection is not available. Reviews use listing text added manually or by CSV and stored in your workspace.

What is the founding beta refund policy?

Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds solely because you cancel partway through a paid period.
